In my free time I have a passion for the outdoors, adventure and traveling.  My bucket list is to eventually visit all 7 continents. My happy place is being at the beach.  It is where I feel most alive and at peace. I have been a life-long athlete and played both volleyball and tennis at the collegiate level.  I am also an avid Scuba Diver, have run 2 NYC Marathons (so far) and am in the process of training for my first Iron Man. My new found love for Pickleball also keeps me very active and busy lately.  I have always had a love for health and fitness, so the gym and other forms of exercise are extremely important to me.  Helping people is another passion of mine and I've gotten great pleasure at helping hundreds of clients reach their goals through proper nutrition and fitness as a Health and Wellness Coach for the past 8 years.   When I am not busy being active, I love spending quality time with family or my dog, exploring new restaurants, parks or wineries or spending time lounging at home with a good movie. Life is short and never guaranteed and I believe in living it to the fullest!
